This policy explains what cinvora.shop collects about you, why, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately short because we deliberately collect very little.
What we collect
- Payment reference and amount. Not your card number — we never receive it.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and device, which arrive automatically with any web request.
- Advertising identifiers. Cookies set by the Meta Pixel (
_fbp,_fbc) so we can tell which advertising works. - Anything you choose to send us by email.
We do not ask for your real name, your address, or your date of birth beyond confirming you are over 18.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not share the content of your conversations with any third party, and we do not use them for advertising.
Why we use it
- To give you the access you paid for and to support you if something goes wrong;
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
- To measure our advertising — we share a hashed, anonymous conversion signal with Meta containing no name, email or phone number;
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Cookies
We use cookies for advertising measurement only. You can block them in your browser settings, and blocking them does not stop you buying from us or affect your access.
Who we share it with
Only where we have to: our payment gateway, so a payment can be processed and refunded; our hosting provider; and law enforcement or a court where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Everything else is kept only as long as it is needed, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Email us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your data ends your access. We respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used this site, tell us immediately and we will remove the data and close the access.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not store the things that would be most damaging if lost — including your payment credentials, which never reach us.
