Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of cinvora.shop ("Cinvora", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying access through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. You must be 18 or older
Cinvora is strictly for adults. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. We close any account we believe belongs to a minor and refund nothing where age has been misrepresented to us.
2. What you are buying
You are buying access to a private chat with the person whose profile you selected. It is a one-time payment for access, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again unless you separately choose to buy something else.
You are buying access and attention, not a guaranteed number of messages, a guaranteed response time, or any specific content. We do not promise a relationship, a meeting in person, or any outcome beyond access to the chat.
3. What is not included
- No in-person meetings of any kind are offered, arranged or implied.
- No services of a sexual nature are offered or provided.
- No guarantee of a reply within any particular time.
4. How you must behave
Ordinary conversation is the point of this. You agree not to:
- Threaten, harass, abuse or attempt to blackmail anyone;
- Ask for or send content involving anyone under 18;
- Attempt to obtain anyone's home address, workplace or other private details;
- Record, screenshot, republish or resell any part of a conversation;
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
We end access immediately and without refund for any of the above, and we report to the police anything that needs reporting.
5. Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking password.
What appears on your statement
Payments made on Cinvora are collected through our payment partner and will appear on your card or bank statement as ADOWIX, not as Cinvora. This is normal and is the same payment being described by our processor's registered name. If you see that entry and do not recognise it, it is this purchase — email us before raising a dispute with your bank and we will identify the order for you the same day.
6. Refunds
Access opens immediately on payment and cannot be withdrawn once given, so payments are final. That does not affect your right to a refund where the fault is ours — where money is taken and access does not open, where you are charged twice, or where a payment fails but the amount still leaves your account. Those cases and how to raise them are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
7. Our content
Everything on this site — text, photographs, layout and code — belongs to us or is licensed to us. You may not copy, republish or resell it.
8. Availability
We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with this service is limited to the amount you paid for the access concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
